After that period, or after a material change to our analytics purposes, we ask again. Clearing site storage also removes your choice.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we keep optional analytics off.

SimpleServe uses mserve_session to keep you signed in and simpleserve_workspace to remember your selected Workspace. These cookies last up to 14 days.

The mserve_auth_state cookie protects the sign-in process and lasts up to 10 minutes. WorkOS provides authentication.

The ms-theme cookie remembers your chosen appearance for up to one year. We also keep that preference in browser storage.

Browser storage remembers selected agents, saved agents, chat starter choices, and sidebar preferences. It remains until you clear it or change the preference.

Session storage remembers discovery filters and chat starter choices for the current browser session.

The simpleserve-cookie-consent browser entry records your analytics choice, notice version, choice time, and expiry time. It is not used for advertising.

If you accept, PostHog helps us understand page visits, clicks, scroll activity, errors, and page performance.

PostHog uses cookies and browser storage with names that begin with ph_. Its browser consent marker can begin with __ph_opt_in_out_.

Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Browser entries remain until consent expires, you reject analytics, or you clear site storage.

Session entries last for the browser session. We remove this app's accessible PostHog storage when analytics are off.

Analytics include browser and device details and visited page paths. For signed-in users, they can include your name, email, and account and Workspace identifiers.

We mask page text and element attributes in automatic interaction capture. Session replay is disabled.

PostHog processes our analytics in the United States. Analytics events include the notice version and the time that you accepted.

Withdrawal stops future analytics collection. For requests about data already collected, contact hello@simpleserve.ai.

We load Stripe when you open the card payment form. Stripe uses cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.

These can include __stripe_mid for one year, __stripe_sid for 30 minutes, and m for two years.

Payment security does not depend on your analytics choice. Stripe's cookies can remain after you close the payment form.
