You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must follow applicable laws and respect the rights of other people.

Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, distribute malware, or use SimpleServe to harm another person.

You keep ownership of content that you submit. You give us permission to process it only for the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit content and request generated results.

You agree to pay the prices shown when you use a paid service. Taxes and payment-provider terms can also apply.

Usage records control metered charges. We can correct billing errors and issue required refunds or credits.

We can change, limit, or stop features. We will provide notice when a material change affects active customers.

We can suspend access for abuse, security risks, unpaid charges, or a legal requirement.

SimpleServe uses third-party services for authentication, payments, infrastructure, and other functions.

Their terms can apply when you use those functions. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every result will be accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SimpleServe is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
